Refund Policy

We want you to love your Zahrelle purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at support@zahrelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
