We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review the following policy.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email support@zahrelle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), in which case we cover the cost.
